💞 I created this program to help you develop a better relationship with yourself regardless of where you are in that journey. Don’t worry if you feel like you’re a hot mess, this group is PERFECT for you. The hotter the mess, the more you’ll grow.
💞 You will receive a PRINTED companion workbook you can use to track all your breakthroughs, a-ha moments, ideas, strategies, etc. so that everything is in one place. And you should TOTALLY save this book and review it 2-3 years down the road to review how far you’ve come! SO DAMN FUN! I love going back and reading through my journals during my hot mess phases! (I’ll share a PDF of the worksheets for the first week if you don’t receive your workbook prior to our first session - just depends on how early you sign up!)
💞 You can participate in several fun pop-up challenges throughout the program, including the fan favorite #newbitchenergy challenge! This challenge blew my damn mind in my last group. It was so incredibly fun and inspiring to watch everyone participate. There were many times I wished I was a participant so I could play along. Well, I do, it’s just behind the scenes!
💞 There will be two live Zoom sessions each week. One will be geared towards training topics and exercises (Monday) and the other will be a group coaching call (Thursday). For your convenience, I’m offering two groups. One will meet at 12pm central and the other will meet at 5:30PM Central.
đź’ž Your daily assignments will only take 10-15 minutes and I will be there to support you throughout the entire process!
đź’ž You will have a better understanding of who you are by learning about your human design profile (sprinkled throughout the program). This part will be super fascinating and will make it easier for you feel compassion for yourself.
đź’ž You will have lifetime access to all the training videos and group coaching sessions (Well, as long as Facebook is around which should be a hot minute.)
What is the deadline to sign up? It’s limited to ten per group, so the sooner, the better. Our first call kicks off on August 30th. You can legit sign up on August 29th if there’s still availability but it’s definitely safer to sign up now.
What if I’m not available for all the live sessions? No worries, all sessions will be live streamed in the private Facebook Group so you can easily access them anytime. Also, you can submit a topic to get coached on advance if you know that you won’t be able to join the live coaching session. I will coach you verbally on that call; you will get more out of it if you’re on the call, but it’s not the only option.
Will the sessions always happen at the same time? Yes, group A will always meet at 12PM Central (Monday and Thursday) and Group B will always meet 5:30PM Central (Monday and Thursday). The only exception will be Labor Day, those sessions will be moved to Tuesday.
What if I get stuck on my homework, can I email you? The Facebook Group is the best way to contact me because I spend a TON of time in there. You can post questions, ask for coaching on anything, ask the others for tips/advice, etc, share your homework results, #newbitchenergy moments, etc.. The Facebook Group will be your home base and go-to for anything and everything for the full 12-weeks. This is where the magic will happen!
What if I don’t feel comfortable getting coached in front of other people? This is SUPER normal, and I used to feel the same way. You will learn a lot by watching other people get coached. In fact, you will learn things that you didn’t even know you needed to learn by watching other people get coached. Secondly, you will feel more comfortable as you go throughout the process, AND you’re also going to learn how to start showing up for yourself in ways that you’re not used to doing. So fun! Either way, you’ll get a TON of this program even if you never get coached in the sessions.
What happens if I have a super intense situation that comes up that I need coaching on but don’t feel comfortable talking about in the group? As a member of the group, you can purchase a one-off individual session with me (not available anywhere else); however, I would strongly encourage you to show up courageously on the group coaching call. My last group was so inspirational because of the women that had the courage to get coached on powerful topics in front of the others. You’ll also quickly realize that you are not alone, my friend! We have all way more in common than many of us realize.

There are so many books, podcasts, programs, etc. that it’s hard to even know where to start! You can spend a ton of time, money, and energy trying to learn all the things so you can fix all the things. I certainly did!
The harder you try to fix yourself, the more exhausted you feel because this approach doesn’t work. It’s not because something is wrong with you or that your somehow fatally flawed.
You unknowingly self-sabotage because part of you is convinced that you’ll NEVER love yourself. And that part of you probably has a long ass list of things you need to fix and change about yourself before you can even think about it.
I was in that same exact space for most of my adult life. I had the WORST relationship with myself. My inner critic was loud and proud and running the damn show, it was a like having a jacked-up-on-caffeine-built-in-drill-sergeant calling all the shots in my life. I tried EVERYTHING, I seriously own the top 70 or so self-development books. Everything helped a little, but I never found anything that pulled it all together in a simple, doable, sustainable way.
And after 20+ years of trial and error, many years of therapy, and coaching women one-on-one, I have developed a program that solves this problem. Simple, fun, attainable, and unlike anything on the market.
Learning how to love yourself can be incredibly hard, and it’s my job to make it easier for you. Going through life without loving yourself is FAR more difficult than the work we’ll do together.
I have watched so many clients create lives that they are obsessed with by doing this work. In fact, many of them have lives that they literally couldn’t even believe was remotely possible for them. The same can be true for you too, even if there’s no part of you that believes it’s possible. How fucking fun is that?
Knowing who you are, loving that person, and learning how to show up for what you want in this life is the most exciting gift you can give yourself.
