TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

(THIS IS IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ)

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”) carefully. You must agree to these TOU before you are permitted to use any LifeLeap Coaching, LLC ("New Bitch Energy® Membership") digital or downloadable resources, online courses, one-on-one or group coaching, classes, programs, workshops, masterminds, or trainings, or enter any online private forums operated by LifeLeap Coaching, LLC ("New Bitch Energy® Membership") (collectively "the Membership").

If you do not agree with these TOU, you may not use the Membership.

As used in these TOU, the term “Releasees” includes LifeLeap Coaching, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, coaches, representatives, successors, and assigns.

1. The Membership and Private Coaching

As part of the Membership and Private Coaching, you will receive the services outlined on the web page where you registered or listed in your member portal. Private coaching clients will receive personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to their needs, goals, and challenges. The primary goal of the Membership is customer satisfaction and enhancing the end-user experience. Occasionally, this may involve streamlining or reproducing content to better serve our members.

LifeLeap Coaching, LLC reserves the right to modify the services and elements included in the Membership at its sole discretion.

2. Participants

To join the Membership, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • Identify as a woman, were raised and socialized as a woman, or identify as a badass ready to level up.

  • Be committed to showing up, respecting others, and embracing the Membership's purpose.

We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds who are ready to bring their unique perspectives and energy. Please note that the Membership contains content not suitable for children.

3. Payment

You agree to the payment terms selected at checkout. If payment is not received, LifeLeap Coaching, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Membership.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

The LifeLeap Coaching Team has a no-refund policy. By purchasing the Membership or Private Coaching, you agree that all sales are final.

You may cancel your Membership at any time, as there is no commitment to continue. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the Membership until the end of your current billing period.

For Private Coaching:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed upon by the LifeLeap Coaching Team.

  • Exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies or natural disasters, may be considered for rescheduling or refunds at the discretion of the LifeLeap Coaching Team.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Membership is owned by LifeLeap Coaching, LLC, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Membership content may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from LifeLeap Coaching, LLC. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.

6. Conduct in Membership and Private Coaching

The Membership is a pitch-free zone. You agree not to market, promote, or sell any products, groups, or events to Membership participants without prior approval from the LifeLeap Coaching Team.

We value diversity and inclusivity. You agree to respect all participants regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, socio-economic background, religion, or other identities. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Membership.

During group sessions, workshops, and private coaching:

  • Be supportive of others’ opinions and experiences, even if they differ from yours.

  • Engage mindfully and ask for permission before giving advice.

  • Challenge yourself to show up, share the messy parts, celebrate the successy parts, and HAVE FUN! 💃

7. Confidentiality

The LifeLeap Coaching Team agrees to keep information shared in the Membership confidential unless required by law. You agree to keep other participants' information confidential as well.

No screenshots or sharing of member information outside the group is permitted. Treat others with the sensitivity, compassion, and consideration you would like to receive.

Please note: Recordings of live sessions, workshops, or group activities are excluded from this confidentiality clause as outlined in Section 11 (Recording and Media Release).

8. Termination

LifeLeap Coaching, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Membership at any time without refund if you breach any part of these TOU.

9. Disclaimer for Membership and Private Coaching

The Membership and Private Coaching are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own journey, actions, and results.

Results vary for each individual, and LifeLeap Coaching, LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Participation is at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate technology to access the Membership. LifeLeap Coaching, LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by participant technology issues.

10. Recording and Media Release

By participating in the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that live sessions, workshops, and group activities may be recorded. These recordings may include video, audio, and chat content.

You grant LifeLeap Coaching, LLC the right to record, reproduce, and distribute these recordings for education, community-building, marketing, and program development purposes. Recordings may be shared with current and future members of the Membership.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may disable your video and refrain from speaking or sharing identifying information. However, by actively participating, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and contributions as outlined above.

LifeLeap Coaching, LLC agrees to handle recordings respectfully and responsibly. No recordings will be shared publicly without explicit consent, except as part of Membership resources.

11. Legal Disputes

These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, or in the federal courts of the Northern District of Oklahoma.

12. Acknowledgment and Consent

By clicking the box when signing up, you assert that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use. Your electronic consent constitutes a legally binding agreement as permitted by applicable law.

Terms of Service – Budgeting Spreadsheet

By purchasing and using this Budgeting Spreadsheet (“Spreadsheet”), you agree to the following terms:

  1. No Warranty or Guarantee – This Spreadsheet is provided as-is, with no guarantees of accuracy, financial outcomes, or error-free formulas. While it has been designed for ease of use and thoroughly inspected, mistakes happen, and you accept full responsibility for verifying your own data.

  2. Personal Use Only – This Spreadsheet is for your personal use. You may not distribute, resell, or share it with others without explicit permission.

  3. No Refunds – Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Once purchased, the Spreadsheet is yours to keep, and no refunds will be issued.

  4. Limited Support – While basic instructions are provided, this purchase does not include personalized financial advice or technical support beyond troubleshooting common issues.

  5. Liability Disclaimer – I am not responsible for any financial decisions made based on this Spreadsheet. You assume full responsibility for how you use it and any results that follow.

  6. Privacy & Data Use – If you provide an email at checkout, you may receive follow-up emails related to your purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information will never be sold or shared.

CUSTOM GPT TERMS

By purchasing this Custom GPT Beta Package, you agree to the following:

  1. Beta Program Acknowledgement
    This is a beta offer, which means the product and process are still evolving. You understand that you’re participating as a tester and that your feedback will help shape and improve this offer for future clients.

  2. Feedback Commitment
    You agree to provide honest, thoughtful feedback about your experience with the GPT. This includes completing at least one feedback form and being available for brief follow-up questions if needed.

  3. Use & Access
    You will receive 90 days of GPT access through the ChatGPT platform, powered by OpenAI. You are responsible for maintaining your own ChatGPT account (either free or paid, depending on your preference). Your GPT will be accessible through the ChatGPT app or web interface.

  4. Technology Disclaimer
    This GPT is built using OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. While your GPT will be custom-programmed by Machele Galloway, the underlying technology is owned and operated by OpenAI. As such, your use of the GPT is also subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  5. Weekly Reporting
    Your GPT will generate a weekly report. You agree to review your report and send it to Machele for review. This is part of the coaching feedback loop and ensures your GPT stays helpful and relevant as you grow.

  6. Confidentiality & Privacy
    All coaching-related information you provide will remain confidential and will only be used to create, customize, and improve your GPT experience. However, please note that your interactions with the GPT occur within OpenAI’s ChatGPT system, and subject to OpenAI’s data policies.

  7. Intellectual Property
    Your GPT is custom-built for you, but the underlying structure, prompts, coaching language, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Machele Galloway and LifeLeap Coaching, LLC. Please don’t attempt to copy, sell, or distribute any part of your GPT.

  8. No Guarantees of Results
    This GPT is a coaching support tool, not therapy or medical treatment. While it’s designed to help you build self-leadership skills and momentum, your results will depend on your own engagement, honesty, and follow-through.

  9. Refund Policy
    Because this is a beta offer with a high degree of customization, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered once the intake session has been completed.

  10. Renewal Options
    At the end of your 90 days, you’ll have the option to:

  • Renew GPT access (without live coaching),
    or

  • Upgrade to a GPT + Support package (details will be provided at that time).11. Personal Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

    By purchasing this program, you release Machele Galloway, LifeLeap Coaching, LLC, and any affiliates from any liability related to how you use the GPT, the decisions you make, or any outcomes (positive or negative) that result from your engagement with the tool.

Acceptance:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the use of OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform as the delivery system for your custom GPT.
